So it happened again. An analyst much like myself from London sent out what seems to be a harmless email. What happened overnight was a flood of emails. Seriously are these high performance people or what. It still amazes me the lack of professionalism whether it’s their content, grammar, or reasoning behind the emails. I hope you enjoy.

Good morning / afternoon all! I have unfortunately had to cancel my enrolment in Core Analyst School in St. Charles, Chicago due to project commitments. The course begins on Monday next (19th September). Is there any Analyst looking for a last-minute place? I realise this is extremely short notice, but just thought I'd give people the option - if anyone can take the place, it would also prevent my project from incurring cancellation costs. Ah go on... Perhaps if when you use mailing lists, you could use the blind carbon copy feature, then if anyone hits reply all, only you will get the reply (as done on this email). Apparently someone did a similar thing with one of the managers mailing lists last week and it generated about 70 replies in an hour. Admittedly I am adding to the pointless flow of emails - sorry, but I thought it might help.

I just wanted to apologize for the former mail with the icons. I’ve received some emails saying me that it was excessive. I was just kidding and didn’t wanted to offend anybody, just to make you laugh a little bit, so please, hope you accept my apologies.
Clearly there is a lot to be said between analysts in all countries. Can we nominate representatives from all COMPANY offices to organise an Analyst Forum where we can all dial up and meet one another. We can share our experiences and also get to learn about different cultures.
